This is a B2B brochure website for sponsors, CROs, and trial-site networks. ClearCohort does not collect, request, or store personal health information, eligibility data, or study-participation interest from members of the public on this site. There are no participant intake forms, eligibility checkers, study-locator tools, or symptom screeners on this domain.

Participant-facing data collection (when required for an active research engagement) takes place under the relevant IRB-approved protocol on dedicated, access-controlled systems that are not part of this website.

The only personal information we collect on this site is the information business contacts choose to provide through our contact form: name, company, work email, role, a free-text description of what the visitor is recruiting for, and a message body.

We use this information solely to respond to the inquiry. Submissions are delivered to our team by email. We do not store contact-form submissions in a database on this site, and we do not enroll contact-form submitters in marketing lists by default.

This website uses no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no advertising pixels. We may use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic patterns, never to identify individuals.

Contact submissions are transmitted to our team using a reputable transactional email provider. The provider may process the submission in transit to deliver it. We do not authorize the provider to use submission content for any purpose other than transmission.
